What is your turnaround time?
We are set-up to provide quick delivery of the finished project. Depending on the material, we can complete projects within days. Should you require a fast turnaround time, just let us know.
What equipment do you use?
All work is filmed using digital film cameras (UHD/4K capable), professional audio (5.1 surround sound available) and lighting equipment. All software and hardware used is licensed and to industry standards.
Additional material (i.e. music/sound effects/titles/graphics/animations) is copyright and licensed on a per job basis.
I have an established business, can you incorporate my existing branding/style into the project?
Yes. We can include logos, typefaces, colour schemes and other brand related material.
Can you work to a budget?
Depending on the project requirements, we may be able to assist. We are also able to work as part of a team or project.
Do you travel?
Yes, expenses/travel fee might be required for interstate and international travel. We can work remotely and are mobile.
How do I make a booking?
Once we confirm availability for the date and time you've requested, we will require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a range of payment methods which include direct deposit, cash and we have a card reader available for contactless payments via eftpos, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay are also accepted.
At this time we cannot accept cheques as deposits for bookings.
